Returns are applicable on all regular priced items, including collection bundle discounts. Exchanges are available only for size/colour exchange for the same product design subject to availability. Relevant shipping charges apply for all returns/exchanges requested.
Strictly only store credits will be issued to the purchasing account. Kindly note that we do not provide cash refunds for any returns or exchanges.
What constitutes as a defect?
DUO reserves the right to ascertain if the item constitutes as a defect. We will assess on a case by case basis.
Measurement deviations of +/- 0.5" from what is stated on the website will not be considered a defect. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
How to return/exchange?
Step 1:
Kindly drop us an email at hello@shopduo.co with your order number and let us now the item(s) you wish to return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. For defects or wrong item(s) received, please include details and/or attach photographs.
We will get back within 1-3 working days. Please await our confirmation before proceeding.
Step 2:
Pack the item(s) in appropriate packaging to prevent it from being stained/damaged during transit. All returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unscented and unaltered with the tags intact.
Step 3:
Send out the parcel via a trackable mode of courier; normal mail is not accepted. Postage charges will be fully borne by the customer and will not be refunded or included in the store credit issued. Returned item(s) must reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
An inspection will be done to ensure that all item(s) meet our policy before the store credit will be issued.
For exchanges for a different size/colour, DUO will ship out the item(s) once we have received the returned piece(s). A $3.50 shipping charge will be charged to the customer for the delivery.
Item(s) that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and you will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery to retrieve the items back.
